Shipping Policy - U.S. and International
When will my order be shipped?
Most items are in stock and will ship to you within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 noon ( M - Th ) will ship the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon or on the weekend will ship Monday. If you require Saturday delivery you will need to call our customer support for added fees. Rarely, when demand exceeds supply, we have to place a new order with the manufactuer which will cause a potential delay of 2 to 4 weeks before you receive your products.
If your items have to be backordered you will receive an initial email letting you know of a possible delay in shipment. You will also be given an opportunity at this time to wait for delivery or cancel your order. All backorders are placed the next business day. We will be in contact with both the manufacturer and you to make sure your items are received by the stated date in our email notification of a backorder placement. Again if for some reason you do not wish to wait, please contact us immediately to cancel the back ordered items and refund your credit card that was charged with your initial purchase.
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase for both instock and backorder items. If this causes a problem please contact our sales representative at 1.877.524.2197.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
When your order is placed with the carrier service you will receive an E mail confirmation and tracking number. When your order is picked up at our location you will receive another E mail letting you know your purchase is on its way to your location.
Are all the items shipped together?
Yes, unless an item is on back order. The back ordered item will not hold up your main order. Unless directed to have your order ship together. All back ordered items will not result in an additional shipping charge.
Free or Discount Shipping
Maternityandbabyshoppingmart.com offers free shipping for orders over U.S. $99.00. All items qualify for free shipping are shipped by FedEx Ground to qualifying addresses within the United States. United States Territories, Hawaii, Alaska or International and overseas locations do not qualify for free shipping or shipping discounts. Maternityandbabyshoppingmart.com can ship to APO/FPO addresses and most International addresses including: Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico and Canada. International orders do not qualify for free shipping and the shipping charges will be adjusted and you will be notified if there are additional international charges prior to shipping your items.
Refusal of Delivery
If on delivery, our products or package is refused, you are responsible for the FULL shipping charges incurred. Maternityandbabyshoppingmart.com will issue credit to the original buyer and credit card once the item is received at the warehouse, minus the cost of full shipping. Shipping fees apply even if you qualified for free shipping at the time of your order. This helps us avoid unnecessary shipping expense and provides Maternityandbabyshppingmart.com the opportunity to continue offering our customers the LOWEST prices possible.
Invalid Shipping Addresses
If you provide an incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase, you are responsible for additional shipping charges to correct your order. Please review your order carefully before finalizing to avoid shipping address errors. If you find an error please contact us immediately.
You may request the package be reshipped for an additional fee, and you may have to pay an additional fee even if you received free shipping price when placing your original order. Again, this allows us to minimize unnecessary expense and continued to provide our loyal customers with the best possible price for our distinguished collection of products.
Maternity & Baby Shopping Mart currently ships to over 80 countries by USPS Priority Mail International ( arrival time 6 to 10 business days).
You can calculate your shipping charges before purchase.
Please just login as an international customer and place your products in your shopping cart. Before you are charged you will be given an opportunity to calculate your shipping charges.
All shipments will have a tracking number for you to follow the progress of the shipment.
You will be notified prior to shipping of any additional shipping charges that result from overweight or over sized packages. Occasionally, you may need to pay tariffs for the products you order. This is the customer’s responsibility.

Duties, Customs and Taxes
The customer is responsible for all import duties, custom fees or taxes levied by the the customer's country. Payment of these fees may be required before your order will be released by your postal service.
