1. Entry & Eligibility

There is no cost and no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning a crib set. Legal residents of the 48 continuous United States are eligible to enter by submitting a completed online entry form. Please limit one entry per household.

To enter, follow all the entry instructions and submit the online entry form. If you checked "Yes! Keep me updated on discounts, promotions and special offers at Maternity and Baby Shopping Mart.com," you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Click on the confirmation link in the email to verify that you want to receive our newsletter and to receive a special gift for subscribing!

2. Winner Selection & Prizing

A random drawing among all eligible entries will be made 4 (four) times a year, on the 15th day of February, May, August, and November. One (1) winner will receive his or her choice of the three (3) crib sets offered. Potential winner will be notified via e-mail immediately after drawing, and the winner will be required to contact the company within thirty (30) days. The prize will be shipped the next business day after receiving winner's mailing address. If the crib set is returned as undeliverable, it will result in winner's disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, and income taxes, if applicable.

The Baby Crib, LLC, parent company of Maternity and Baby Shopping Mart, reserves the right to substitute another crib set of equal or greater value if the specific requested crib set cannot be rewarded as described. The prize of this sweepstakes cannot be redeemed for cash.

Entrants should understand that The Baby Crib, LLC is not responsible or liable for injury, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation of this promotion, and acceptance and use of the crib bedding set that is won. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, prize won, and hometown for online position and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

3. Privacy

We value your privacy and will keep and protect your personal information. However, with your permission, we may collect and use your personal data to market products and services that we think you may be interested in, and we may use this data to communicate with you for these promotional and marketing purposes. By entering the sweepstakes and providing the required entry information, you agree and acknowledge that The Baby Crib, LLC can send you information, discounts, special offers, and the like that we believe may be of interest to you. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION FOR THESE PURPOSES, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST.

4. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in this sweepstake constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this "Win a Crib Set" sweepstakes.

5. Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees: (1) any and all issues, disputes, claims, and cause of action arising out of this sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. (2) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some local jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to all entrants.
